but
a
word
to
the
wise:
keep
that
stove
on
medium!
Our
skillet
got
a
little
too
hot
and
we
ended
up
with
crispy
cajun
red
snapper.
The
spices
are
great
on
it,
just
make
sure
the
skillet
doesn't
get
too
hot!
